Jessica Simpson used 'mirror-therapy' to get her beauty!

Thursday, 01 September , 2005, 16:06 London: Stunning star Jessica Simpson has revealed that she was so insecure about her looks before she got married, that she had to indulge in a form of self-hypnosis, to give her confidence and reurance, that she was not exactly an ugly duckling.

She says that she regularly taped notes on her bedroom mirror with the words 'You're beautiful in this skin,' to help her get over her self image crisis.

"I had notes taped on my mirror saying, 'You're beautiful in this skin.' I told myself that every day and eventually I got married and fell madly in love with my husband who loves every inch of me.

"I realised I didn't have to compete with anybody and people liked me for me. Mess-ups and all," Femalefirst quoted her, as saying.
